About
Capital markets, systems, and judgment.
Based in Seoul, I work across capital markets, internal audit, and technology infrastructure. What ties my work together is a focus on clarity, accountability, and systems that hold up under pressure. I am now preparing for an MBA to deepen my understanding of strategy, leadership, and institution-building in complex markets.
What I do
Capital markets, controls, and systems
My work sits across market oversight, operational controls, and technology systems. I translate regulatory expectations into practical controls and decision frameworks that hold up under scrutiny. I try to produce documents and processes that auditors, operators, and technology teams can all act on.
Background
A mixed background across regulated operations and technology. Most useful where the work crosses multiple functions — engineering intent, compliance obligation, and the specific artifact an auditor will ask for later.
How I like to work
- Write things down. If it is important, it survives in a commit or a document.
- Separate what happened from why it happened. Rush the second and the first becomes untrustworthy.
- Prefer the boring option when the outcome is the same.
- Treat internal tools as products, not as PDFs someone has to suffer through.
Work together?
Open to conversations about governance, operational reliability, or the overlap with software systems.
