Operational Controls Handbook

RoleInternal reference — ongoingPeriodJan 1, 2024

A living document aligning operational procedures, escalation paths, and audit evidence collection. Treated as a product, not a PDF.

An internal handbook written for the people running day-to-day operations and the auditors reviewing them afterwards. The goal is to make both groups read the same pages and still find what they need.

Structured around named procedures, explicit escalation criteria, and the specific evidence artifacts each step is expected to produce.
